TUIKUK and others

The politician of Mizoram always said that our state is the most peaceful state in India, even our Governor use to tell those who visited Mizoram.

As we all know that Tuikuk(Bru) killed one innocent youngman in Bungthuam in the most peaceful state, those who refuse to come back to mizoram according to news paper, till now the state gov't cannot arrest the killer.
Meanwhile our policemen sieze arms and ammunition, rebels(terrosist ???) in Aizawl city.

Is our state is really peaceful??
